For the same reason they would come in to play a Football, Hockey, basketball, soccer, racing, fishing, wrestling, etc...simulation. If the sim is good. People will come.


yeah, every other sports sim i've tried out, it only takes about 2 minutes of clicking around the site to see it's just another piece of garbage.

pretty much. Although I did love the idea behind that basketball sim you showed us with the coach faces. GLB needs to get on that.

I would prefer basketball over baseball. Perfect game imo. Everyone can get a good amount of offensive and defensive stats.

Not sure I could sit through an entire game of basketball. Maybe if they made it like a street ball game to 21 or something that would be more interesting.

Could just have HS clock (shorter games).

Still would be pretty long though it seems. With GLB you can next possession and time runs inbetween plays so you don't actually have to sit there the length of the game but with something running like basketball, hockey, soccer it seems like it would kinda drag on.

Admittedly I never paid much attention to those types of sims enough to watch an entire game. Was it like that in cyberdunk?

Frankly, a Basketball game would be great. Even with dots. All they would have to do is draw the smaller dot going through the basket. But, Street Fighter? If the graphics look anything like the GLB2 graphics, I'd suggest they stick to 'Things to do With Dots'.

For the fun of it, I watched the game they had posted yesterday. gave me a fucking headache.

CYBERDUNK! Forgot all about that game. Played it years ago but had too much on my plate to get into it.
