A GLB Manual at this point would be sorta senseless. There is still a ton of disagreement among coordinators, builders, owners on how things should be done.

GLB is just too complex of an animal to sit down and put together a manual. And if you slapped such a manual in a noobs face they would head for the hills on day 1.
