I think about 5/5 of the best threads I read were in the mod forums back when they let me have access to that kind of thing.
What were they thinking?
Oh how fun those forums were; not only did they have the just overall best content, but also all the banned threads were sent there as a quarantine so I got to enjoy the messes I didn't take part in cleaning up.
Good times.

people didn't love raid, they loved feeding raid.
Now people don't even remember Atatakakunai, or Raid, or Cael, or whatever it is nowadays. (I swear, sometimes I still sit here trying to remember which damned name I need to use)
You see, people only liked me back then because of my wit and awesomeness in general. Too bad it's only us old farts who remember what solid wit I used to have. I can remember at least 1 or two jokes that people typed 'lol' or 'heh' over.
I like to think of my time as a moderator (although it was literally years) as a short fleeting time where no one remembered me aside from the FFA community, Bugs forum posters, and the people who got upset over the whole testing thing I did with the Filthy Cheaters and the Squeaky Cleans as my team names (one guy in particular thought it was directed at his build as being exploity. I'd actually named them when I first started testing months and months before that, to test out the new Defensive AI and to make sure that all the options available at the time didn't give too many blitz exploits and the like... but whatever.)
I'd like to think that I've left a mark on the community, even if it was a black mark that should never be spoken of again. As it's always said 'No publicity is bad publicity" so...

Well I always liked you, but I am a black sheep of the family so to speak.

Bolick's thread about King's unequipped QB.
There's not much better than seeing Bolick's reaction to being betrayed.
