It's the best compromise. As long as i can set my dots to simply follow the owners wishes it'll suit my needs as an agent. It still leaves teams vulnerable to rogue or lazy agents though. Not realistic as it could be......
Here's a problem with this compromise..... what if an owner decides he doesn't think my dot is with the program? I've got no way to assure him that I am. I just wish some of these agents would grow a pair and man up to their choices and take responsibility instead of looking for cover and calling it "freedom".

btw, where are all these players that arent setting tactics? other than noobs, i cant recall any teams complaining that players arent setting the right tactics. if YOU are having an issue, perhaps that should tell you what your team thinks of your tactics.

Everyone on my team wishes I could more effectively guide/adjust/suggest/control their tactics so I could more effectively tune our team and they could just take care of their own teams/GM duties/lives.
Somewhat off topic, but, perhaps if agents had a decent set of tactics to adjust instead of the limited/weak/cryptic/ineffective sets they have now, they would be more interested in playing with them.........If they weren't already too busy with their own teams/GM jobs/lives........

thats a whole different topic completely, and if there was a suggestion to overhaul the player tactics, i suspect that we'd be on the same side. my point was, for there to be a fix, there 1st needs to be a problem. so who are all these non-noob agents that are not setting player tactics? based on this suggestion, there must be thousands of them, so start naming names so we all will know not to sign those agents. right now, no one has proved that any problem actually exists.
