i've done it on a couple dots around lv60 if I'm done with majors and willing to put up with the small SP loss of raising minors a little later. For a truly maxed out dot you'd want to wait til 70+ though.

Im considering putting 2 SPs into first step since im bored with my guy. That's the extent of what I would do early.

noob question. But does your stat recommendation in the OP mean with or without equipment?

with. 135+ without equipment is pretty much impossible. 120 without equipment might be possible, but you would end up with a pretty bad build because it would require so much focus on that 1 attribute.
From what I have found I wouldn't advise going over 106-108 natural in any attribute at any position.

This guide has been very helpful so far, but it's difficult to find trustworthy advice on SAs, especially in relation to combo or strength-based DEs.

Bullrusher and Workout warr are set in stone. From there its really what your DC wants. Changes in the sim seem to have made a few popular VAs extinct. Heavyweight for example is a complete joke now.
