Lastly, it would be a mistake to eliminate/condense the 8 pro regions... even with a hemisphere league it will still be perceived as "making it" by getting to the Nat Pro level and getting to represent a Pro region. Condensing would never work... just imagine how pissed we would all be if the condensed to 6 pro leagues and OPL drew the short straw...

The way the idea works is 8 pro leagues become 4 and they get combined. USAPL and CPL SEAPL and OPL SLAP and APL EEPL and WEPL
and each conference is named after one of the current regions

yeah i thot this was a pretty good compromise without adding another level and still allowed everyone to keep their regional affiliation. but .. im not a details guy

well, I can't imagine that the 16th ranked team in each pro league can compete with the top 3 or 4 in each pro league... so even that is a bit presumptious
