Correct later in the season, but not now. One way building in PW with the current SIM will virtually give a team a chance to win any game by handing the ball off 70 times for inside or OT runs. Sure, you can stack against it, but how does it help you? You learn nothing about your team offensively or defensively playing in such a game. RPP doesn't come into play at all, at least not the way it's intended to do so IMO.
But the same thing could be said about passing it 70 times/game early in the season, too. Not as much this season, but last year is a good example. You could throw it 70 times a game and the other team's CB's couldn't really stop it. But later in the season that stuff didn't work nearly as well.
