Except for Goatloacker, hell, he's actually Admiral Nimitz in real life, so he is quite familiar with who won WWII. And if you ever met my ex-wife, you would know why I prefer my current one.
Personally, I don't have the slightest clue why so many team owners act like ball-scratching trolls, that makes no sense to me. We prefer to win and be polite afterward, yet all of us will certainly talk trash after we crush the idiots who predicted our doom. We started in USA and I feel that they had the greatest atmosphere, great team owners who seemed like decent guys - Cinci, Alpine, ***O***, and many others.
Ref, more than the rest of us, takes umbrage with false accusations and lack of respect for our team, so he is often responding angrily to some petty bullshit someone spewed. I wouldn't call it "playing the victim", it more "making his case".
Our goal is to do so well this season that people start to complain that the boards are boring.
