There's a pretty big difference there.
I think Rhodesia is just more of a place for Forbin to develop his younger dots, and he is willing to house other players. As far as I know it is not a development team for Arkadak.
Really all this merger was about was wanting to only have to recruit 25 - 30 players instead of 70-80. It wasn't a merger of let's look at the best builds on both teams and take the best out of the 2. It was there is room to take every player from both teams who won't be in the second season of decline onto one team next season, and we didn't want to have to recruit 35-40 players for each team.
