Option 1: LB and SS are playing man-2-man on Winslow
Result: both tried to cover Winslow (who was wide open) and it opens up the HB route.

If that was a cover 2, then the logic bugged out since the TE was never in the deep strong zone and the real thing that opened up that play was teh MLB not being in position to cover the HB. This won't happen against any of the top teams in Pro.
What did open up the HB route was
A: Crappy MLB trying to cover the HB
B: Somebody not knowing how to set a DAI or not carrying to set the DAI for lolregular season
C: RNG
D: a combination of the above.
