Please show me the thread from this season. The last time I remember seeing one of those was a couple of seasons ago involving WTMPW, and I believe that the owner and co-ordinators had nothing to do with that thread at all.

I have absolutely no doubt that Gold is extremely tough, I have never tried to say that it isn't. If I do make it to Gold next season I'll be surprised if I win a game.

I guess that I don't take a rankings thread as seriously as you. I haven't seen any Silver teams in here saying that they're better 3/4 of Gold because the ranking script says so. The closest thing I've seen was 1kwernda, but he's a cronic shit-stirrer

If we win out the rest of our season can we get a top 20? Did we not scrim enough? If a team that is ahead of us and didn't scrim.....give them "The Fear Factor" and drop them 5-10 slots

I find it funny how you like to claim Silver teams make threads bragging about how they're better than Gold teams, but I don't see any of it. What I do see is threads comparing Silver teams to other Silver teams, and you and a few other Gold Owners jumping in and posting about how Gold is so tough, and how us Silver teams wouldn't be able to hang, even though no one mentions anything about Gold.

The gap between the two shrinks every season, Silver teams use to be able to coast into the playoffs and now each conferences has a handful of respectable teams (some more than others) that could hang with the Gold league fairly easily. Obviously the bottom Gold teams are still awesome teams... they only got to Gold by being Silver Champions (well, except my team! ) but there's no denying that some of the top silver squads could make a nice dent in Gold. Is it f'n hard to game plan for EVERY game, hell yeah it is... throw tournaments into the mix and it's downright chaotic at times. Both groups (silver and gold) have great comradery which is good for pee-wee and always keeps things exciting and us all full of "what ifs".

Yep believe it or not, I even apologized to LE once.........This past season has been hellbent and trying for many of us, Gold and Silver with new Archetypes and GLB finger fucking us in the ass every season with multiple changes. I just wish we could have a base to work with and go with it........next season is up in air. Some teams do better under different circumstances and can't adjust to change as fast as others.

It is tough on everyone that has owned a team for more than a few seasons, cause we are going WTF every season. A new Team might have it made in the shade with no preconceived notion and kick everyone's ass!

Funny thing about our team.. we have been knocked out of the (Silver 4)playoffs 2 seasons in a row by Gold coaches on the other side.

Yeah, put a lot of stock in to that. Try reading the whole thread. You'll see where I've stated that we missed on some build strategies this season, and it hurt us. We also didn't boost in Gold until it was too late. Every team we caught that was .500 or worse boosted just before us, so there went our "easy" game in Gold -- which doesn't exist. As Dtown pointed out, we do have a conference championship in Gold, so that carries some weight. If you had read what I posted on page 1, you'd get what I have been saying the whole time. Gold is a beating -- period. Our team, and practically every other Gold team would be much better if we only had to gameplan for 2 games per season and playoffs. We know -- we used to be in SIlver. Read what I said originally. This rankings script is enjoyable and good for discussion, but please don't read into it that a bunch of Silver teams are better than say Wam who was ranked #50 or us ranked #107. As I pointed in the other thread, Gold has a lot of parity. We did beat the team that played for the Gold Eastern Conference championships with 2 weeks left in the season. Take that FWIW.

Please don't take this the wrong way. I enjoy seeing the rankings and most of the sensible discussions that come from it. It's good for PeeWee that so many Silver teams can see credit coming their way. It will help PeeWee continue to grow. I just don't want to see more thread where there is a bunch of arguing about how someone really believes that a 13-2 Silver team is better than say our beloved #107 DSBM. Rankings just don't work that way as you pointed out in your post. Thanks again. Great work!
