I agree this year the teams are alot more balanced. Its going to be a great season the rest of the way.

hell our 3 losses were by a combined 8 points.

The fact that he's selling all his players is sorely disappointing. I think the problem is that he made too many moves, which wrecked the team's chemistry. Well, it looks like my Guard is going to be on his third team this season.

Too bad chemistry isn't as big of a factor as people think. And it recovers super fast now.

No kidding, said to see another team getting gutted. I only wish we played them last game.

It sure seems like a lot of people have absolutely not idea how to manage a team.

It's a tough job. And even still, half the teams have to lose every week, no matter how well managed they are.

It may be tough, but it doesn't take a genius to find the hole in this cunning plan:

1) Trade away all my decent players
2) ???????
3) PROFIT!

Thanks for the nice words! Being a flexible team owner that encourages TEAM involvement leads to a happier team that's willing to stick together. That's the key to success. I'm working hard to build the team like those legendary Steelers teams of the 70's. EVERY player was drafted as a Steeler. None of them were picked up in trades or as free agents. I hope it all pays off down the road.
