Even if you don't gameplan, your oline/dline still plays at 100%, unless you call a exploit a gameplan

After 12 seasons of building a player, do you really think it is easy to "fix" a build that isn't working? I doubt they cut the players and find someone better either.

Either your players play well all season or they don't. Or you spend $5 mil per player to change all his equipment around. I bet they don't spend $10 mil+ on their OTs to fix them.
