Well we won a tough one vs. Tet.

Are we cool to sub in the Maori to face Beijing Black Dragons?

Because of the flexibility you guys are showing - lets give Beijing home field on this one.

I think the game should be played. HB mentioned earlier he was looking for someone to step up.

we wouldn't lose that way because none of our owners would commit to playing, then leave our region high and dry like this.

i think having one team play two games kinda defeats the purpose. but the alternative of having some team playing in the challenge that didn't want to initially isn't exactly attractive either.

honestly, i think it should be beijing's call. they did everything they were supposed to do. if they want to play another team, i say let them.

maybe I misread the thread earlier...

Beijing already won their challenge game and are playing a 2nd one?

or

they won by forfiet and the team that forfiet is being replaced???

Tied - with 1 game as a possible forfeit (in SEA's favor) up in the air.

This would be the proposed match-up: http://goallineblitz.com/game/compare_teams.pl?team1=4989&team2=4135.

Personally I think Joe B. is correct - it is Beijing's call.

They showed up to the dance while Auckland stayed home.

I have no problem in calling it a win for SEA and we just do another one next season.
