And some teams tend to stay loyal to their agents and would rather rebuild with the same group of guys every few seasons

As am I just talking about the timing of the re build that's all, by next season I'll have 3 farm teams on the way with a mixture of past and present Hood agents. My original post was directed to bringing farm teams up too early and staying in PRO and I'm not even saying that a team owner shouldn't consider it but it should just be against the rules. They have taken one step towards this already with the minimum level requirements for Pro teams.

Honestly I went back and forth on this ... Hellas decided to try and stay up here because of the many guts that occur every season. I might as well keep us up here if we can legitimately avoid demotion. The fact that we got curb stomped last season (and likely this) and still stayed up here speaks to a bigger problem. I might as well work the system - which is why we took the single demotion from WL and stayed in Pro rather than dropping down further.

Yeah and I really don't blame you man and I didn't mean to come off as an a-hole here because you guys are good for EEPRO in the big scheme of things. The Hood will have even more turnover next off-season due to retirements so it's going to take alot of work because the first farm team just isn't ready to come up yet.
