Confused about what. We showed the initial interest, said what most typical recruits get fed and that was that. Once he moved onto "phase 2" of his recruiting spiel, i even posted in our team forum of how funny it was that he needed all that attention. Pirate formed up a PM saying basically what we said, we aint gonna kiss your ass but we have a great team to play for and if thats what your looking for, then thats what you will get.

Pretty simple, he wasnt worth the ass kissing that you and most other teams did.

Really dont care anyway, Buffalo needs the help, good luck with it.

Yeah, what I don't get is that you think that's ass-kissing. The guy was committing a large number of players, AND he was committing to being a part of the GM staff. How does he not have the right to ask enough questions to make an informed decision?

When players sign on crap teams and get held hostage, they're told that they should have done more research to avoid that situation. And now a smart, experienced agent does just that and you want to give him shit for it? Sorry, MD, but that really doesn't make sense.

So...THIS should be enough to sign 6 players and a defensive coordinator. You shouldn't need to give him any more information about the team. Just this and some guy saying 'Yeah that team is good, you should go there'.

I dont care if you think its ass kissing or not. When a guy goes thru the process like hazy did, its attention whoring, IMO. We were considered up until he had to go thru ANOTHER round of gathering attention and we didnt feel like kissing ass.

You can still be smart about picking your team without starting a drama festival about it. For a guy with hazy's experience and network, he could have easily found a team to go to.

So whatever, Buffalo was desperate for help and you did what you felt necesary to do. BKK isnt as desperate as Buffalo, we didnt need hazy that badly, our team is better than Buffalo. Good luck next season.

You can laugh all you want, but the joke is on the guy who apparently has absolutely zero savvy as a recruiter.

That would be the guy who thinks saying "you've got some proven talented players and BKK has needs and would be interested in bringing them in and solidifying our team" should be sufficient to land 6 elite players who are being heavily pursued by 20 other Pro teams.

First, Buffalo is 6-10, you even regressed from the season before. You guys are ones to talk about recruiting people, you cant even do it yourself. You luck out with one agent and are getting him for 1 season and think you can recruit now, LMAO.

2nd, you say its not ass kissing but i say it is. You spend how many days trying to kiss up to a guy who is only going to DC your team FOR ONE SEASON and his players are ABOUT TO RETIRE. Awesome, glad you guys are happy with that. We didnt even need to pursue him that much because we were already talking to someone to become our DC.........and he did and we are much happier with our pickup.

The guy who pretends he has class when hes winning(for once in Mekongs miserable existence) but all the other seasons when he supposedly "wasnt trying to win" you were a jackass. Ive done the OC/DC thing together before, it sucks doing both. I did it for Seasons 1-8, played in CPL, got tired of owning a team. Actually did it again this season cause the 31 team was stuck without an OC. And where have i said or talked about how great i am? Ive said what a dumbass you are but never said how great i am, except for Sugar, who is better than any of your players.
