I drove 13 hours north just to see the Packers play at Lambeau Field last year. Of course, I figured I was one of few southerners in the stadium. A guy sitting one row up, directly behind me tells the beer dude that he wants a Bud Light. A guy sitting next to me looks back and yells "Ohh, you're a pussy. Only pussies drink light beer. Be a fucking man and drink a Budweiser." The guy changed his mind and got a Budwesier then he said to the other dude, "You're right, you're right." I look at that dude behind me and I told him that he was a bitch. Not, because of the beer he drinks, but taking shit from someone that doesn't even know him. Then I tell the dude sitting beside me to shut the hell up and keep to his business. Then I ask him why it seems like all of the northerners I met on my 5 day stay, seems so understanding. He said, "What do you mean?" I say, "When someone insults another person, why does he seem understanding and agree?" He just said thats the way they are. If I'm minding my own business and I wanna order a Natural Light in a bar, then why should I catch shit for it? Why do they give a shit what I drink? I'm not gonna share anyway. The people was really nice to me and I was nice back. I met alot of people. I also got laid twice. The ladies loved to hear me talk. We had a great time btw. ANYWAY, the point is, why are northerners that way? They will talk a damn good game even if they don't know you because they don't think the person will 1) do anything about it because of the chance this dude might be a crazy mofo, 2) take offense by it, or 3) disagree with you. I don't know but its crazy. I don't know about any of you but in real life I will be offended if I was disrespected when the fucking idiot doesn't even know me to begin with. Can you provide a logical explanation to why northerners act that way?
I have a friend that was sitting beside me at Lambeau. He came from Illinois and I asked him,whats keeping that dude from beating the shit out of the other? He says, "thats just the way they talk. People around here don't take offense by it." Anway, give me an answer if you got one.
The women was cool to the touch, literally. I thought I'd meet some loonier people though. Come to find out, I was the only one I seen wearing shorts. It was in the middle of November. I didn't know when I was gonna have the chance to go back, so I wanted the full effect to soak it all in and wear blue jean shorts. I loved it.
I know all northerners aren't that way, but I know theres no southerners like that. So when I see it, I know where they are from. Why?? This is a question to everyone. I just always wanted to know.
