Moving the Invaders here is the right answer imo, and I'm glad there was room to do it. They have demonstrated they're fit to compete here with consistent high-level tournament play, and tbh it seems that the Pro-caliber talent in the USA AAAs is starting to dry up.

To those complaining about the process, I submit: a foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds. This move is in the best interests of the game as determined by the folks who run it, and IMO they got this one right.

Didn't think it was possible, but the West is even more stacked than last season.

As for the SOB who chooses this event as the opportunity to take a cheap shot at my team: you're dead to me.

WW never lobbied to take a spot we didn't earn. We appreciated the great fortune that presented itself when an extra slot opened but never once argued that we deserved it. Sometimes extra spots open up and sometimes they don't. They only guaranteed path to promotion is the conference championship, and every team who makes it otherwise counts their blessings. Those who aren't so lucky can choose the dignified route of trying to do better next season or they can cry in public about what they feel they "deserve."

You never saw a single one of us insisting that we deserved promotion, and piss on you for implying otherwise. IMO you owe my team a sincere apology.

Meh, "you're seriously injured to me" didn't have the same ring to it.

It's been a long week and I haven't medicated yet... the issue may be on my end. I'll have to see how it looks after a few heavy pours.

I wouldn't say counts their blessings. I know I had a conversation with at least one team owner in my league about how both of us were worried about promoting to USAPL without winning at least a Silver trophy, and that we honestly weren't sure if we'd rather promote w/o the trophy or stay to win one.

P sure you were called out by a banned guy that also called his two teammates out. Well ex-teammate in my case...
