As promised, here's a list of those who have made the first cut. Sorry to those who have PM'd me recently, as time went by, I realized that my standards should be higher than I initially had them. The second cut should bring down the list of teams to about 10 and I will base it on playoff performance, scrimmage games and rankings based on the GLB forums. Though these aren't all the factors that I will be considering, they will play a major role in my decisions. Thanks again guys.
