As my first act, I'll say that i feel like inviting the vast majority of people isn't a good idea because that, seemingly, leaves you with the suggestions forum minus like 5 trouble-makers or whatever. Not to say be super-duper-selective, but I think something could be said for restricting it a little bit further than alloweing in the vast majority.

I differ with your opinion. It won't be just like suggestions because 1) We're collaborating the ideas, not just suggesting things. 2) We don't have the usual folks it seems, a lot of lurkers that actually think before they post are around.

Well unless you close of the invites, you'll obtain the usuals as well, so dot dot dot...

And rephrase that collaborating ideas bit. I don't see what you mean... It isn't like people can't comment on things in the suggestions forum...


I am pretty much cutting it off tomorrow, and going to keep cycling it if it becomes successful so new people can do it and so that we have more perspective on reoccuring ideas and themes the public wants.

Oh, well I was unaware of that. Well then alright.

Would love to be invited. Spent a few dollars here since Season1 and I want to see this be a successful a possible.

If Bort's not there it's just more smoke , filter ideas all you want if he doesn't see em no different than what we already have. And really didn't need to be announced publicly. Could have just sent invites to people you don't consider trouble makers.

Yeah, I'd imagine that if Bort was behind this he would have made the topic himself.

It's a view already in GLB that the vocal minority determines most changes, so how would making that minority even more minor be a good thing?
