i'm not a big fan of my "elusive" hb
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=476868he's got SAs 4-3-4-9-6, 77 agility. he has AE with juke on it, thats why he has 9 in juke and only 4 in first step. he used to have all equipment in agility but he was too slow to avoid anything before the entire defense was on top of him
i search a lot of his runs looking for a circle-ish movement, but i havent ever seen anything that i would call a spin. and i sure as hell dont break tackles with it. 11 broken tackles all season
as for jukes, it's hard to tell if my guy changed direction because his vision had a tick to readjust twice fairly quickly or if the whole move was a juke. there was that post somewhere that tpaterniti (it was just yesterday that i saw it, wish i could find it again) made that said the difference between elusive/combo/power was how many ticks would go by before your HB adjusts his path. if elusive is making me readjust every 3 ticks, it could very easily appear to be a juke if he just did a natural readjustment in 2 directions back to back.
so, i switched to combo in this game so that i could know if i saw a quick move, it would be juke, not his natural tactics. i suppose i could try power next to reduce even further the chance of seeing a quick, natural back and forth move.
heres a play where it looks like the LB freezes for a fake and hes got an open build so you can see he only has 33 vision.

or a possible theory: is juke just something that happens but doesnt necessarily move your dot(like head fake)? we'll never know unless bort tells us that one
check this one out for what looks like 2 quick moves right on the los. he's running combo tactics in this game, so i'm assuming the moves happen faster than a natural adjustment would happen.
