It's funny that this was "promoted" as a new slow build theory.
I don't know their math specifics, but the idea sounds like what most smart slow builders are already doing.
Yes, getting a team of these players to build together and peak at the same time would lead them to be a dominant team in one or two of their seasons.

those 6 play with me, and i can tell you that they rock
just looking at their build, they have a big advantage over a regular slowbuilt player

HOWEVER, it's also a much more logical method than the one cali is endorsing for this new team.
These players capped their major skill at 60 instead of 48. The extra 24 SP used there are a pretty standard risk, and I like that method.
But on the new team, Cali is making everybody cap the primary skill at 68, then the 2nd major skill at 60. Ultimately, he's wasting 24 to 48 SP in skills that will naturally increase at a 3-for-1 bonus through automatic dispersal.
Furthermore, the players cali has cited are going up against other players at the same level. Ultimately, those players are either deficient in the same areas as cali's players, or they've addressed those areas and are deficient in the areas that cali is dominating. The new team will be in a pre-existing league, where players have anywhere from a 15-25 level head start. This is going to eliminate a lot of those early-level build advantages that are created when you're going level-for-level against your opponents.

We are swapping leagues, dickless. Assuming its available and if it isn't, it will be again at some point. Like I've already said, feel free to make a player at any position and join a new capped league. Then scrim us in 3 seasons, see how you like it.
