I am just reading some of this and it is quite amusing.
Fecrida, make it to a WEPL championship game, then shoot down Coreys opinion. Then play here from the very start, and remain probably the only person that has never had periods of not posting on the WEPL forums.

Afterwards, why don't you take your eyes off counting the amount of interceptions your player has and start using a proper argument to convince everyone that your cornerback is the best in the WEPL.

You have a great cornerback that does his job quite, I am not saying that he is aweful or anything, but insulting other members of the WEPL won't convince everyone that your cornerback is the best.

Best RB in WEPL?

Our 4 headed monster Hayden/Montoya/Runner/Johansen

Listen buddy, I never implied that my CB was the best in WEPL at all. All I said was that I could help out. Helping out whether it be 4th, 5th string CB on this concept team. I feel as though my player has proven himself to be a very solid CB in this league, and for some reason everyone jumps on my back about it. All I said is that I would help out. Corey decided he was going to be a prick so I backed myself up just as anyone else would. I think you should re-read the whole thread and rethink your opinion about me.

I think its pretty obvious that this team isn't going to get the top 5 players of every position on the team.

I agree Korb has always had a great run game, I think that can be mostly due to your OL. It would be hard to pick a HB out of the bunch for a candidate.

Did you have a brain fart when reading my post?

Notice how at the start it says 'In Zeta'...

In Zeta only, Mal Brown has the best stats, but when you broaden it to the WEPL and include Alpha, he does not have the best stats...

Ooops -- I actually did! lol. My bad.

However, Mal still leads all of WEPL in every major rushing category (yards, carries, TDs) but for ypc -- and only then it's by .3 yards. Soooo I renew my !

As for Hokeez, Suggs is awesome. As is Cooper. No question.

But this season Glow and Mal have out performed them both. If you factor in that we run a 3 back system compared to your two back system, and Just Win has stolen over 500 yards and 10 TDs, the race would even be more one sided.

Just saying ...

Jesse C over at the Berlin Blitzkrieg has by far the best YPC actually...I believe Mal is at 6.8, whereas Jesse is at 8.8.

Berlin have the best average as a team.

I kinda stayed away from this thread, but realistically, the best RB is going to be a product of the team that runs most often and has the best Run Blocking oriented team.

(Oh and ran heavily against their leagues cupcakes )

The best QB will have more passing options and better protection.

There is only one player in all of WEPL that has no flaws in his build which is JJ of AWC, purely because he can rush the passer effectively on each play, and he can stand up to the running game.

Other than that everyone is much of a muchness.

Is there an easy way to figure that out? I'm lazy... (I'd assume it's relatively low; people have mostly been beating us on the corners)

No, you cant tell without looking, and as nobody in this thread has time or inclination to look, its a moot point

Heres is an example of what I mean.

Arthur Riot has been having a very good season, and is a talented player no question...

Look at this replay and then the next few plays after it.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=141685&pbp_id=8714369

First play he is pushed to the side by a HB letting the QB escape the pocket for a huge gain.

Second play he is held in a block 1 v 1 by the RG.

Third play completely taken out of the play by C and RG.

Fourth play the back up NT comes in and holds his own against the C.

Now who really wants to go into the detail of looking at the rest of Zeta's NT when up agaist Stampedes OLine to compare tape???

OK I worked it...

Stampede Vs Scoregasms.

Stampede Gained an avg of 3.35 yards per Inside Rush.

They also gained a TD of 1.5 yards, which I didnt include as the gain may or may not have been longer if the endzone wasnt there.

But this is of course only the plays recorded as up the middle, so will exclude Off Tackle Plays that were run up the middle.
And include any Goal line formation runs (Didnt check each replay.

But thats not great for comparisons, because for example against Roughnecks, Stampede only ran Inside 3 times for an average of -0.8 yards. And one short TD of 1 yards.
