63.63 speed 53.63 agility. I am bringing agility to 60. should I bring speed to 68 after that? or cap vision?

I have 2nd cap Spd and agil right now plus a little more with natural leveling and will have 2nd cap vision as my next focus.

After that I will cap jumping and 3rd cap Speed, then I will probably start looking at some SA's, mainly Change Direction, Super Vison, and Shutdown

I think it is very worthwhile, you need something to give you a speed boost as all these 100 speed WR's with 7+ in Quick cut and Route run are very dominant. You need shutdown to counter the Wr's use of SA's.

That being said, it will probably be one of the last SA's I add to as it's the last SA on the tree so getting it up high is super expensive in terms of SP's.
