Sign with emerald city!

I might. I just need to see the chances as being that number one guy but I tell you there making a strong case for where I will play.

The really interesting question though is couldn't you actually sign yourself to the team you're GMing and then make sure you get the playtime to level quickly (depending on how much control over the team you've been given) ? Then, once the offseason roles around you could release yourself and sign with another team (say Emerald City ) and instantly be inserted higher into the lineup than you would as a level.

We'd love to add you to our team; but I realize that where you'd start on the depth chart might not be preferable to some other options.

I'd love to play for your team but I want to be in my Peak when playing for you not my rookie level one lets drop passes. And as the way I see it you would be better then what I am being offerd>> but I want to be on the top of my game when playing for you.

I oculd do that if only I didnt make all the moves for W/Rs notice how we have level 4,5s and etc. But whats your oppion?

- I'm used to people dropping passes at this point (still frustrating, but I'm getting to the point where I expect to see every receiver have 1 or 2) so you wouldn't be any different at first in that respect.

Yeah, I just checked the Storm there - Human WRs of levels 5, 4, 4, 4, 2, and 1 already!

If you don't mind the depth chart positioning to begin with, we can certainly get you some snaps here so that you'll level. Don't worry about any less-than-stellar performances that may occur while you're leveling - they happen to everyone.

true, I did all them moves for those W/R's good deals they got as well.

I dont mind the depth chart, becuase I know I will win a starting job.

I am just sawmped with offers. I want to be that go to guy. But I like your team. I am indefferent. Would there be hard feelings If I were to sign with a team for the rest of the season just to sign with you guys later?

Nope - no hard feelings; and it would be perfectly understandable... especially if it means you get more playing time so that when you do join the club you're even better than if you had played with us the rest of the season.

Go be someone else's go-to-guy for a bit and then, when you're ready, we'll have a spot for you here in Emerald City.

Just trying to better the monkeys in the long run if you understand me there.

Yep, I understand the thought - level up faster somewhere else so you can make an even greater impact on the team when you do join.

As to the offers, I'd suggest signing with a team whose owner understands that you'd like out either once the season is over or not too long into season 2 (Mike's contract isn't up until day 7 of season 2 and who knows if King Smitty will let him out of it before then). Maybe try one of the teams from the newer leagues since then you'd basically influence their entire season instead of just assisting in a playoff push with a more established team. Basically find a new team, maybe share some of your experience as a player in this game and as a GM, and then part ways leaving them a more well-informed team and you as a higher level player. Just a thought.

That sounds good, Im going for a one season deal no longer then that. People are offering me good money then there is teams offering me nothing I am a GM so I know how much I should get with all the potential I have. (Oh snap this W/R thing really takes over you)

Personally, I'd say go with the Cordoba Crushers. Their human receivers are a 4, 1, and 1 - meaning you've got a shot to start immediately and could probably lock down a starting spot after the first game or two. They've got a level 4 QB that looks to have decent stats, a 4 HB so you've got a running game, and three level 4 offensive linemen who should be able to give your QB time to throw you the ball.

All of this, of course, assumes the owner is decent and the gameplan isn't set to just run the ball. As I have no knowledge regarding either of these two possible issues, I'd still say they're probably the best fit for your player (the Raider team there isn't too bad either, and they put the ball in the air 49 of 70 offensive plays their last game, but they've only got a level 1 QB which could be a problem).

Again, just my thoughts on the matter.

South Yorkshire looks like a pretty good team for what you're looking for, though their QB seems to be playing pretty poorly lately; and I can't get a good read on what their run/pass percentage is. That said, if they're willing to start you that may be the best fit.
