I guess this is for all those who really are upset. I have seen a few of them post.

It's nothing anyone should take personally. Most moderators end up burning themselves out. It takes lots of energy and motivation to open your inbox to see a stack of complaints or checking the reported posts, doing your best not to skip over the names that make you cringe, checking the mod forum to see Pallow has another lame request. For some moderators they forget they are playing a game and it becomes too much like a job.

I run a business with many employees, I do this everyday. I am burned out at work so I figured I might as well burn myself out on GLB as well.
