It wasn't 100% public when I posted it, but it was a done deal. Now it is 100% public.

what an Oklahoma/Texas like performance by Ole Piss in the bowl game.

TCU looked pretty tough. They should along with Baylor dominate that conference for years to come.

They will not be able to sustain it long-term. They never have. People that didn't follow the Big XII don't realize how historically bad Baylor had been before Briles. They were 11-85 in conference in 12 seasons before Briles. That is right, they averaged less than one conference victory a year over a span of 12 years. Last year was their first outright conference championship in 33 years.

As for TCU, from 1939 - 1999 they only had 1 season where they had more than 8 wins. They are 22-15 since joining the Big XII, not exactly dominating. Sure, they did well in the WAC, CUSA, and Mountain West, but now that they have to play against major schools (even though they are lolBig12) they will not have the resources to keep up long term.

Nice win against WVU...Tricket may have made a difference, but maybe not. But are you REALLY celebrating the SEC's performance in the Bowls?

I'm about to watch the end of this AU struggle and the SEC looks like shit this bowl season outside of the meaningless bowls...

The ACC is representing much better this year than the SEC...just waiting for FSU to move on to play Ohio State.

As I stated from last season, the SEC once again can't win games where they are ranked lower...lol

I wrote that before the other teams started choking. A bad year so far for SEC in the bowls for sure. Keep beating your chest about one season though, I already highlighted their bowl records in a previous post showing how silly your argument is.

One season? How many National Championships does FSU have and how many does A&M have?

I highlighted how the SEC does WELL against teams ranked 10+ spots below them...when they play equal or better competition, they struggle mightily.

One season is in reference to the SEC losing bowl games.

Ouch...either FSU was that bad or Oregon was that good...We shall see...

Ga Tech lost to FSU but beat up on a SEC West team that was #1 for most of the season...SEC overrated or FSU isn't that bad...you pick.

Gonna laugh if AL loses to OSU...not sure it will happen, but will laugh...SEC is overrated...

Regardless PAC 12 is the #1 conference this season it looks..

Clearly everyone is/was gunning for the SEC, especially the West. SEC teams are gonna get everyone's best shot come bowl time.
With that being said, The SEC has looked bad in most of the bowl games. Bash them all you want or call them over rated if you want because it is justified at this time.

however...

FSU got exactly what it deserved and yes I think they were over rated all season long.
and I also say that if you put Oregon, TCU, Baylor, Ohio State, or FSU in the SEC West where they have to play a full season against the teams that the SEC West has to play week after week, they all have 2 or more losses.

congrats to Oregon and Ohio State and I look forward to the NC game.
