Why is anyone outraged that Bort would prefer to surround himself with family members and friends for the GLB staff?
Think about it. If you started a small business and needed people to work closely with you, wouldn't you prefer those people to be people you already trust?
Not saying it's the correct approach or even the best approach, but I'd say it's quite understandable. Probably would've been better if Bort had been more open about that, though.
