From Windows(File) Explorer, Tools -> Folder options -> View. Click the button next to "show hidden files and folders"

Nope. JS installed/activated? Check your settings in FF.

stupid question incoming

are you using firefox? the error you listed is something that occurs when you use IE. The key phrase in this is "Microsoft" JScript error. Firefox doesn't use "Microsoft" JScript.

When you say "anytime I download a script" you mean if you go to a userscript.org page (for example):

http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/29108

and click the "Install this script" button you get that error message? When does the error occur? What were you doing that produced the error?

You didn't read the above all the way. The question was:
1. do you have Firefox?
2. do you have Greasemonkey?

Sorry, yes I have both of them. Ill go through firefox to install the script and a box pops up that says "windows script host" at the top. It says the error is 'windo undefined' and the source is microsoft JScript runtime error.

Edit: this box pops up after I click "run" after installing the script.

hey everyone. i haven't been scripting for the past couple of weeks. this is because i've been working with a programming language called visual basic, and i'm currently trying to get into C#. i'm working on a program for GLB, kinda like a control panel kind of thing. in the final version, you will be able to send pm's, assign skill points, send gm offers, and more from the program. the reason i'm doing this is because it speeds up the processes. the computer won't have as much to load. and i'm hoping to add a chatting client to it eventually. but, i'd also like to get back into scripting. so, does anyone have any suggestions for me to make for my "i'm back" script?

You don't click "run" on any of the scripts. If it installed correctly, you just have to go to GLB page. For example, after successfully installing "Cash to Home...", if you go to GLB home, you will see the script working.

The program sounds very interesting. Would it be connected realtime with server? or does it work like offline GLB?
