Getting real cocky - not that you don't have perfectly good reason to be - yet, it's easier to get knocked off the pedestal when you can't see below...

Seriously - why in the hell does the sim call timeouts when the team is trying to run out the clock? I realize it's the same for everyone, yet it simply makes no sense...

I must be getting soft - I'm finding myself rooting hard for Mayan this season... Goes to show that persistence pays off.

Indy and Carthage for Pro League Tourney. Some things don't change much.

I for one find it hilarious that we all play a football sim designed by someone who doesn't know much about football.

That same logic gave you guys another 40 seconds at the end and a legitimate chance to score points before the half. I'm not saying it isn't poor logic but it did go both ways.

Truth and that's an example of an limited ability to apply logic to circumstance. The CPU goes by your AI, Settings to run your gameplan but there's always goin to be 'gray' areas that are not defined, like when you're trying to run out the clock. The CPU has no circumstantial logic for that situation, it sees the clock running down and calls a timeout because it's the logic it knows. Where as humans would improvise.

The premature offense timeouts at the end of the half or when tied or losing at the end of the game drive me insane.

Agreed. It was a great game to watch and LOL's still breathing...

The logic at end of game (5 minute mark or so) SHOULD be: if ahead (+1 to +255) = no offensive timeouts and then keep current logic for if even or behind. (0 to -255)

The other one I like is when you're at like your own 45 or something down 4+ and it'll burn 35 seconds and use a timeout at the 45 second mark
