this is why people ultimately get forced to upgrade their software when the support is no longer offered for those products. Do the majority of people really need to buy a new MS office suite every few years? I doubt it, but it ends up happening as the older products might not work with new OS versions or other various reasons.
Eventually GLB "classic" will die off and WGG hopes everyone will shift over to their other products. Im guessing they think that the other products will be better for them in the long run to invest their limited time and resources to developing and supporting.
Personally I would have no interest spending future money with WGG since I have invested alot of time and money into the hopes of this game evolving into something more. I do not blame WGG for their business decisions, even though I dont agree with them.
One could say that the proverbial writing on the wall is getting bolder and bolder as time passes for glb "classic".
