Yeah, it's obvious by how active the forums got after GLB neutered the forums and banned trolls.

Even a truly shitty radio show where me and husker rambled on for an hour about the pro leagues had a shit ton more viewers than I would have even imagined. Hence why we continued it up until Blogtalk became a pay site.

And plenty of people show up out of the woodwork for true write ups about their teams or players. And even if they don't post a thanks it doesn't necessarily mean they didn't read or enjoy it.

Your post would make sense if there were tons of write ups in the leagues full of less than a page worth of posts.

I like the non-GLB shows better. The GLB shows were boring as hell. Team A beat team B, is long reach any good?, hey remember 2 seasons ago when team fartface won blah blah blah?....

The only GLB radio shows that were worth a fuck were Mat and Dpride flaming and Mike going into a epic rage.

Youre equating personal opinion with general perception, and while I certainly respect it, I don't think your views are what is mirrored by the majority of GLB agents.

GLB radio generally was the same handful of people tuning in because they knew (or at least suspected) their team and/or player was going to be discussed on the show. Let's not pretend that the other 99.9% of the userbase could possibly have any interest in those shows.

Obviously you don't. You don't really play the game. And even if you claimed to be bored of those shows you STILL showed up to them pretty regularly.

According to your logic no one plays the game except people from a few leagues that had their teams and dots talked about on radio shows.

When you are discussing 8 pro leagues and WL that was a pretty large representative of the people. Among the changes going on in GLB, building methods, tactics, debating SA's/VA's, etc...if that was only .1% of GLB at the time this place must have just been far bigger than I originally thought.

Ya logic would say that people on teams with dots are playing the game.
