Learn is really not a good way to put it...I mean so many mixed opinions of just about every change or what should be changed when it comes to the game...a lot of the ideas around GLB2 came directly from suggestions via this game.

90% of the suggestions for this game have sucked......

This is not saying much tho. It would be supremely sad if Bort did not learn anything in 5 years of GLB1 and GLB 2 was worse at launch than GLB1 was.
5 years of development vs 1 year of development
If programming was magic and all you had to do was picture it in your head, then yeah.
GLB2 currently doesn't have all of the features that we want, but will be adding them as time goes on.

Is there anyone who likes the replays? They take forever to load, they're really slow even when running, and everyone I've talked to thinks they look a lot worse than the dots. I think going to sprites was a pretty big mistake. I understand not wanting to dump it because so much time and effort was presumably invested, but GLB2 is going to struggle if people don't want to watch the players they created.

Replays aren't slow to load for me. Only problem I have been having is that sometimes they tend to stop when I have both the auto loop and auto start buttons checked and I continuously have to hit play every time I go to a new play. Also I would like a next poss button.
I've certainly had problems with replays dying midway through a game. After a few forced reloads it usually picks back up - other times I just stop trying

These replays would be better if the goal was to own a team with pre-generated players.
Then you'd be looking for players that performed above or below the norm (i.e. you only need to notice a player when they do something special or especially bad...and the more you notice them, the further they are diverging from the norm).
But the central point of the game is building your player(s), and in order to do that, you have to watch the replays to see how your player(s) perform with the myriad of skills & abilities you have available. Its not only difficult to distinguish your own player without the position/highlight that you have for the dots in GLB1 (albeit not perfect either), but its also highly relevant to know who they were blocking, who pancaked them, who faked them out of a route, etc. I'm not sure those replays accomplish that very well (certainly not as efficiently as the dot replays). And it gets even harder if you are talking about 6 or 7 of your own players.

why do you downplay what the users say?
the replays may load for you because you are peddling the bike that is running it.
I haven't logged into GLB2, and wont, but if this many guys are saying they are having issues, why do you keep trying to disregard what they are saying.
someone who knows customer service would listen to the person and ask questions possibly about their setups before just calling bullshit on what they consider an issue.
that continues to be what the staff doesn't get and why GLB1 is dying and GLB2 will die sooner rather than later

On my laptop it takes minutes for whatever reason. I can open my massive DAI faster than I can view GLB2 replays.

That's def the minority not that it's not an issue either. There is something wonky going on at times but I can't decipher just what atm to provide any meaningful feedback to the admins

tbf I'd have no patience to wait minutes. After 30s or so I hammer reload - so maybe I've seen the same

Are my replays loading fast because I am a preferred user?

But ya I can't figure out exactly what is making my replays stop. My fan does act up a lot which halts everything for a second so it may just be the lag from that making the replays stop for me. Though it seems to happen regardless of my fan sometimes.
