No, I'm being serious. Most of the people that post in the forums regularly have a ban or two, have an enemy or ten, or have already been a mod at some point. I think people that have laid low most likely have a better shot at becoming a mod since they don't carry any baggage with them.

For example, I'm sure with someone like me the first thing weighing on Pallow's mind is "if I give this guy a mod tag there are going to be a few people raising hell about it". Someone that isn't well known may have a person or two complaining because an unknown got it but there won't be near the backlash.

Of course there is a negative side to being an unknown in the forums as well...

Very true. I didn't think about it in that light. I've been playing GLB since season 2 and haven't had a ban, or anything against me. I better go knock on wood...or else its gonna happen. Dang superstitions.

Very true there. The only people that truly know me are people that are on my teams or have been part of my teams in the past.....I'm sure that will hurt me somewhat.

I was referring to some of the people you would have to deal with at this site. I don't think you can PM block them, either.

That's why I think yello would be a pretty good mod. I don't think you can offend him.

I would second that. I'm similar. I don't care what people think about me in the world of GLB. Its the real world that matters.

the hero GLB deserves, but not the one it needs right now

I just hope that whoever the new mods are they are consistent and fair. I know that's asking a lot around here but one can hope.
