actually, I could have run your offense, but I was DC for Atlanta Apocalypse at the time and I won't coordinate for 2 teams in the same league, conflict of interest and all that ...I was actually HC(only because AA allowed me to) of your team briefly, before I rage quit coz of all the agents on your team crying ...i think that your team won PWG that season(or your team was at least in the championship game), so I'll take some pride in knowing that I helped you get there by quitting your team lol

Sorry to hear that but I must call BS. If my 2 month old daughter was in the hospital I would not think 2 bits about GLB. When my GF was in the hospital with after her wreck, GLB was my last thought.

2nd you stated the same crap about quitting Chicago because your "new born". Then you ran both teams and were competitive on both.

3rd you cried in GLB main about how the heck they could schedule a game on Thanksgiving because you had to spend all yoru time with your family, yet you were online all night and day. You even had time to mock FGCs team so you could find weakness. Sorry but I'm not buying what your selling.

1. Would I make something like this up? I have spent the last 48 hours in the hospital, but since babies sleep a lot, I brought my laptop to kill time. So ya, I logged into GLB, only to read all the ignorant posts making me look like a bad guy for trying to help out. If you don't believe me, I'll PM you the hospital's main line, room number, and patients name. Then you can feel more like an ass as people who know me know I wouldn't make something like this up.

2. You must really live in really black and white world and need to get out more. Ya, I said something like that, basically saying I PROBABLY wouldn't spend as much time in GLB once my 2nd daughter arrived, but not knowing what to really expect. But when I had more time on my hands than expected and spent some of that time in GLB, people slam me as liar or someone who changes their mind? That's just stupid. And to set the record straight, I did spend less time in GLB the last couple seasons, putting my teams mainly on auto-pilot for the regular season and even for the 1st and sometimes 2nd round of the playoffs. Hell, in S31, AZ and C85 shared the EXACT same offense and defense up to and including the 2nd round of the playoffs. I only made them different when I hit the conference championships.

3. I knew the only way I could beat FGC with AZ was to do a lot of game planning, including to mimic FGC with my other team, and knew this would take a lot of time. Ya, I wasn't happy that the championship game was on Thanksgiving, so did most of my game planning the day before as I had the time at work since it was really slow. But I still had to ask to use the computer at my In-Laws place for a good couple hours early on Thanksgiving day to finalize my settings, and wasn't happy about that.

And talking about pulling a reversal, you told me you only left the CWLB because you didn't want to be in Pee-Wee anymore and wanted to explore the other leagues, only to find that you brought back the SBWL and also partnered up with jkid the very next season? Who is being 2-faced now? And lets face it, you only started to speak out against me was after I beat FGC in the PWG championship game. Feeling a little butt-hurt are we?

Yeah well when YOU decided you were not going to have time for the team because of your new born is when I decided to "give it up". Didn't bother to confirm with me if that would also be my intentions which it wasn't. I gave up the SBWL team thinking we be doing this the next 10 seasons or so. The team forum post by you at the time pretty much said this is Gerrs team still. I don't have time to run the defense so we are done. Whoever wants to make a no/no player feel free. Hell I have enough flex to boost all the players yet being a part owner I was never even asked. You damn right I am butt hurt but it's mostly I gave up my team thinking the Chicago Window Licking team was my team.

Your ego is too big to work with anyone. So many things lead to me to say good riddance. Threatening to get rid of GMs because they don't sign players that season and then change your mind. Your as bi polar as they come. You also became a build NatXX. I understand there can be frustrations but you would make it clear, it's my builds my way or the highway for folks. When you had made that post in the team forum is when I asked Jkid if he still wanted me to sign on as a GM. When you decided to change your mind it was too late.

Anyways good luck with your child. Hope for the best. I did not look to see what the web site is but I will have a look and say a prayer for you and your family.

My 2-month old daughter was just diagnosed with this as I type this from her hospital room. Does anyone think I give a rats ass about what people think about anything I do or have done in this game?!?

Dang Gerr sorry to hear about this,I hope everything goes well with your daughter. I have 2 boys 12 and 16 that are my world!
As far as logging on at the hospital Ive done the same with my I Phone,I see no problem with it. Not trying to take either side on this situation just putting my 2 cents in

OK, this one I'll give you as it was my bad. I should have consulted you first. Everyone was telling me that any free time I had would go away once I have a 2nd child, so thought my time in GLB was done and at least heavily reduced. That ended up not being the case, so I didn't give up on the Bears like I thought I would. That's not changing my mind, it's jumping to the wrong conclusion but then not going through with the actions I thought I would. Still, my bad for not talking to you first.

As for the owner/co-owner issue, there can never truly be 2 even owners as only one owns the team, and is the one to spend flex to renew it. It's very easy for a co-owner to step away as you did, but the actual owner would need to give up the team to do so. I thought I had given you the power you wanted, but looks like I was mistaken. When I said I would take a back seat on the CWLB, is because as co-owner, I thought you would step up and take full control of the team and find a replacement DC until I was able to return. I wouldn't have done that if I didn't trust that you would stay with the team and do a good job. When you said you were leaving PW, I did exactly what I asked of you when I thought I was leaving PW, which was to take over the other owner's duties on the team and wait for their return. Only when you left totally did I revert it back to my original team name.

Why should I hold on to GM's season after season if they are not willing to make even a single char? That's not only the way I feel as an owner, but is also the way I do things as an agent. I don't remain GM on a team that I don't have an active role on, either through a player or coaching spot. Yes I was going to get rid of those agents that didn't have an active connection to the team, but the only reason I didn't is because you asked me not to.

As for builds, I used to write up a step by step build guide, but got tired of policing that. So in recent seasons, just posted my recommended playoff goals. These goals were fairly easy to reach and I didn't care how they were reached. So I have actually gone in the opposite direction than what you say. But every PWG owner/coordinator knows that good builds are key, so just letting agents run wild with bad builds is a quick way to sink a team.

In hindsight, I should have done things somewhat differently, but you should have too. Instead of jumping ship when I did something you didn't like, as my Co-Owner, you could have just sent me a PM with your concerns. I don't have half the ego people think I do and would have been very willing to work things out with you or any person who had issues with me or the way I did things on my team. Never for an instant did I think my actions were making you unhappy, and until you posted this, I didn't have a clue. Lets just say that both of us could have acted better in this regard.

Wow, talk about picking my post apart looking for anything you can find to put a negative spin on. What's your problem ManOgwaR?

Did it ever occur to you that this teaching team is exactly what it is and I have no hidden agenda? If you want an invite, even just to police the forum there, just say so. I have nothing to hide.

Or is all this ranting directed at me to cover some secret man-crush...
