+1, its stupid to put the % there if that isnt the actual %. It takes 8 months to build a player just make it easier and give the exact number so the only risk is the breakthrough. I have about 50 players and tracking the training % on each one becomes tedious.

Thank you for all the +1's and valid points being made. I realize the training screen has the word "approximately" on it but as you can see from all the responses this is an issue that really needs addressed. Either change it to show the exact percentages like attributes do and just have the "random break thru" to worry about or explain in detail on the training screen that decimals are used but not shown and explain why so users understand better what is happening.

After thinking about it for a bit, I think I can +1 this idea. Solid idea, not a bad fix.

Pissed off agents eventually leave. Another reason things need to be much more clearer than they currently are.

It just happened again and it really does just piss you off!
My training bar for my blocking was at 65% per GLB. My training gain if I trained on Normal was 34% per GLB. That would have put my training bar at 99% which is exactly where I wanted it. I know its running close but per GLB it would put me at 99%.
I click on train and it rolled it over with NO training break thru!!! This is such bullshit!
Give me a damn pop up window that says "this will roll your training over...do you wish to proceed?" or just have it end at 99% per what GLB said it would.
There is no documentation to show decimals are used in training gains.

this is ok
BUT
to keep the randomness, how about "This training puts you in the range where you may go over"

But explain why it "may" go over for new agents to understand. Explain that decimals are used despite not being displayed for whatever reason GLB wants to use and explain that is why it "may" go over.
Current explanations are explained in such a manner that they assume people already have some knowledge of the game and they don't go into detail.

that they have the ability to train over as rolling over is within the margin of error - may or may not happen

If they insist on having randomness with their training % than it should be in big bold red letters on the training screen. Now an agent is supposed to know that he should multiply his % by 1.05
Edit: Not mad at you Mandyross.....just at the logic of this game.
It states very clearly and in bold that training percentages are approximate at the very top of the training page:
Spend Training Points
Spend this player's training points on training programs by choosing the options you would like below. Training an attribute will cost 2 training points and gain bonus tokens.
You will gain 2 training points per day automatically during the season. Percentage gains given below are approximate and will vary a little every time you train. There is even a small chance of reaching a training breakthrough and gaining a large extra percentage.
Suggestion is NGTH. Locking.
