this true why don't you make a thread about that.
Also a note for admin - basically NO ONE disagrees with the OP suggestion. Can we get this moved to suggestion vote please.

I just want to make it clear, to bolster Bedgood's point, that I agree as well. There were too few interceptions in S27. My only disagreement with him is that I think the extra chances of getting an interception should go mostly (though not entirely) to defenders with decent Catching.
But either way, I agree that interceptions need to become more common.

I am for making INT's a bit more frequent, especially on bad passes and when multiple defenders are present at the receiving point.
I do not, however, agree that the passing game is way up in S27. It was good in S26 , and broken in S27 IMO

I'm sorry but find any good PRO team and see if their passing yards went up from S26 to S27. Now if you actually found one that went down, how many did you have to look at before you found one.
The FACT that the passing sim greatly improved from S26 to 27 is really not up for debate, as anyone who knows GLB at the PRO level knows this is a fact.

I would agree with this. Before the team movements messed up the stats, one could see the WL median yards per pass attempt went from the low 6's (6.2 or 6.3) to a realistic 7-7.1 ypa. If it didn't seem that way to you, you might have been playing in a lower level league, as the minors really didn't seem to see much of a bump.
But with realistic ypa, I agree with Bedgood that we need realistic risk-- i.e. a realistic interception rate. So yes, interceptions have to go up, at least at the high levels of the game.

I only had to watch 1 pro team play other pro teams to come up with my opinion. if you did not see it, my post ended with IMO , and that aint changing.

this was well said Ken. In order to balance the passing game which I think is working well right now adding a realistic amount of risk would at least make OC consider running a balanced offense.

Seems like with the new SIM changes deflections are up when there are multiple D dots covering the WR but still with 3 dots covering the WR and a deflection INTs do not seem to be up. INTs still need to be addressed.
