Regardless, the point is that this would be an "option" and not a requirement. If a person can go as far as telling me their tactics, there is no reason to have to hide their tactics from me. Would be silly of them to lie about it.
For the most part this would only help most people with a lot of players. I can tell you that several of my guys tactics weren't set the majority of their careers. Had this option been available, a coordinator may have let me know and it would have benefited myself and the team as well.

he's not asking for control just to be able to see them...
not any different then seeing a dots stats IMO..
hell it would help vets work with newer players for that matter.
