I have nothing to do with his AI tbh. he asked me to check his 4th down inputs a while back and granted me gm access, I just haven't logged out of the gm spot yet. You know how the AI calls whats on top 1st, well that was the problem he was having, what he wanted to call was on bottom or in the middle.

I looked at some of the game. The box score. And the scouting tool. I failed to find "sheer" proof.......the stats certainly don't back it up.....

Look at top plays for their TEs, it basically is impossible to defend them in single coverage if you choose the right routes...

Obviously the play I linked was the worst case. The missed opportunity on the tackle was the biggest culprit. But assume he does make that tackle. It is about a 13 yard gain. Instead of the bigger gainer.

Now they ran that play 19 times for 7 catches and 119 yards. Lets just subtract 19 yards due to the tackle issue above. So 19 times 7 catches for 100 yards. Comes out to a 5.26 per attempt. and a 36% completion rate.

Just some examples that show you did in fact cover that play many times over.

The offensive guys have to make plays too (at least in a balanced game) especially in man to man situations. Not too mention that everyone knows that LB coverage is a little more difficult in the first part of the season. And gets betters as the dots get rounded out.

if you are looking for issues this game was a bad example. Because I can name a half a dozen plays that are way more difficult to cover than this one..........
