Yeah it predicts the scores for every game. I don't have it with me, but if I remember correctly, Tallahassee is the underdog.

they could very well beat us b/c of their perfect team chemistry, gameplan, luck, etc but I just don't see how we're the underdog

SNK home vs. Las Vegas Criminal Intent...16 to 19 loss
Tigers @ Las Vegas Criminal Intent...6 to 30 loss

SNK @ EZ Company...0 to 26 loss
Tigers vs. EX...6 to 26 loss

SNK vs. Fresno Snakes...9 to 21 loss
Tigers @ Fresno Snakes...24 to 23 win

week 10
SNK @ Tigers...? to ? ...SNK has some strong points such as quality depth and team chemistry but unless I'm overlooking something- they can't be the favorites heading into this one!

Either way, that SNK vs Tallahassee game should be a very good one. And the EZ vs Minnesota games are always good.

It could be a very close game in the prediction. I think it is if I remember correctly. I'll check in a few hours when I get home (and do the next writeup). Bad news though, I will be away from the internet (most likely) for a few days, so no writeups until Sunday!

There are a lot of common opponents, so we can give the edge one way or another to each team.

You can't just cherry-pick 3 of the games when the spreadsheet is looking at the entire picture.

Lauderdale: SNK +24, Tallahasse: +17 (edge SNK +7)
Las Vegas: SNK -3, Tallahassee: -24 (edge SNK +21)
Concord: SNK +126, Tallahassee: +105 (edge SNK +21)
New Jersey: SNK +19, Tallahassee: +11 (edge SNK +8)
EZ: SNK -26, Tallahassee: -20 (edge Tallahassee +6)
Fresno: SNK -12, Tallahassee: +1 (edge Tallahassee +13)
Tijuana: SNK +30, Tallahassee: +10 (edge SNK +20)
Goshen: SNK +60, Tallahassee: +26 (edge SNK +34)

The uncommon opponent (San Fran and Texas) are about equal, and had similar scores, so its pretty easy just to look above.

The Goshen game is tough since Tallahassee faced them after they regrouped a bit. The Concord game is virtually the same IMO, but will give a bit of an edge to SNK more than it should in the sheet.

Now if you were looking just at the numbers above, SNK seems to be regularly beating its opponents by more than Tallahassee. I'm not sure how, when just looking at those data points, how you could come to any other conclusion.

I checked, and the prediction is SNK 32, Tallahassee 16. Pretty consistent with the numbers given above.

well in the first couple weeks i was OC and i was by no means trying to beat up on the opponent the offense i was running consisted mostly of the Rbs runnning out the clock so that could have an effect on the prediction also the prediction should have somewhat of an effect depending on what week a game was played

The spreadsheet has no idea who was OC when, and what team was gutted, or when a team tried to run out the clock. We'll see tomorrow, though!
