this post implies that I looked past their first game. Also the whole reason you won't play SLAP again is because we don't deserve a second chance (that alone is lol) but this post clearly shows that your champions got a 2nd chance to beat a team that didn't win the championship in our league.

What I'm saying is, Mayan is better than Stewart. I <3 kanaan and all but I think we probably would have beat them

man stop whining ok? you guys got your chance and blew it.
just sleep tight and maybe you'll feel much better realizing that there's more better things to do than whining/trolling on eepl forum.

I'm not the one making novels for posts. Your best team never played SLAP's best team. While EEPL may have been better top to bottom than SLAP last season, their top wasn't as good as our top and they definitely aren't as good as SLAP this season.

And when you can't defend yourself anymore, resort to claiming that the other person is whining or trolling you. I'm doing neither but I doubt you'll accept that.

enough said!

we are the champs you're the chumps! Like in boxing you cant lose the Heavyweight title match by a HUGE margin , then expect to climb back into the ring right away! Gotta earn the right to face the Champs again! And as EE has clearly stated their is a 1 yr waiting period for us to embarass you again!

So SLAP can lose all of it's heavyweights again?

Did you see the match ups last season? It was decided on who to match against by the respective leagues.
And now you guys come in here to try and drum up another challenge. Take a ticket and fall in line, you guys have to wait for your turn.

With regards to whining... Let me redirect you to this thread ---> http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=4235629

Please do re-read that thread, thanks.

All I know is that Mayan got stuck playing some 3rd rate team that couldn't even make the playoffs.

And since you haven't noticed yet, I'm actually in EEPL and not SAPL

Although C-Town did beat us while I was at a basketball camp. Surely you'll tell me this is an excuse and while it may be the fact remains that I hadn't set the AI up until August 7th when I got back. I mean in that time we got destroyed by DADDY but we beat them by 32 in the playoffs.

Idk where I'm going for this, I guess at this point I'm just talking up Mayan and myself. I really have no point in this but that I think it's a mistake by denying SAPL the challenge. If you look at their league they are stacked and would be the hardest league to challenge outside of the WL. Challenging a league because you know you'll win isn't fun.

OC of Mayan Marauders before they got promoted to WL this season... Yeah you're no longer SAPL but still even though you're a GM of Warsaw and Hood, SAPL blood runs thru your veins....

Actually Mayan was the only team I've ever been on that was in SAPL and we were only their for 2 seasons. I've been a GM on the Hood longer, I was on Stewart when they came back from the WL, I joined Warsaw with my FB last season, and now my FB is on Buda this season. I've been in EEPL longer but the forums are too serious for my tastes

Again.... Both sides agreed with the challenge and SAPL had two choices.... a) turn down the challenge OR b) accept the challenge. So whatever you say, SAPL chose to accept option A.... nobody came up to your league's forum and relentlessly posting and drumming up noise just to get you guys to play EEPL.

By the way, it does sound like an excuse when C-Town beat you guys. Try challenging 'em to get pay back maybe they'll accept the challenge.

They did beat us but the AI wasn't set. It's my fault for not setting it before I left but it only helped us in the end when we made our playoff run because teams looked at that loss to DADDY and underestimated us. We'll probably challenge them again, I'm not too worried about it.

Yeah me too, I don't usually troll forums but this chatter has been going on for a few days now (I hope not weeks) and its basically crystal clear that EEPL teams already politely said "NO" for this season.

I guess your blood got mixed up by the stronger mixture that came from SAPL.

Nah I just don't see why EEPL shouldn't accept their challenge. They look top to bottom much better than any other league we're thinking about challenging

The reason is that EEPL traditionally challenges different teams each season. It is simply time for another league now. SLAP wasn't picked because we thought they would be a piece of cake. SLAP's reputation was as one of the best Pro leagues. I don't think anyone here knew they were gonna have a down year.
