Are you guys messing with me? Or are you ONLY talking about SSBs?

What in the hell are you talking about?

Gunny has 10 players with 72's, Saigon has 11 players with 72's.

3 of our 72's are S4 Day 0 players in heavy decline.

You guys should discuss this in the actual thread where people who know how to do math are contributing.

Talking about regular players.

I didn't boost them their first season, I was willing to settle with the consequences.

If you have a player not created on day 40-0 it is virtually impossible to hit level 72 because you miss the day 440 plateau boosts. That Haa nothing to do with choice.

Not true at all, not boosting them the first season kept me from hitting 72.

It is beyond not true at all. It's nearly the absolute truth. People hit level 72 because they're 440 days old and able to boost. If you created on day 39, you'd be 441 and unable to boost, leaving you, most likely, at level 71.

Meh, I bet he plays at least Pros in his plateau and there's a chance WL will be in the cards, but I just don't see many roster spots going to players that aren't 72 in WL down the road.

Hell, though, I screwed up my first dot way more times than that, and he's been in WL 2 seasons already. Maybe I'll even make it to a WL playoff team one of these seasons.

The choice of creating players day 33-39 was in attempt to take advantage of extra training.

I will say day 39's were probably fucked even had they boosted day 40 of that same season....but these day 20's could have easily made it with boosting their first season.

So now because someone created their player on day 40 they end up with the worst deal? Doesn't seem like it matters, people will be screwed either way, so why make a change now?

And yes, I'm speaking in defense of my lone dot, that I expertly planned to just get to L72.

Edit: Wait, I'm retarded (I see Kai quoting this multiple times in my crystal ball, but oh well), my dot was built S5D1. I boosted early the 1st 2 seasons 'cuz I was a noob, and still recovered to make L72. Seems like you have to have made some bad or intentional decisions to not have made L72, but I'm not mathemetician. Actually, I'm an engineer, but way to lazy to do the math. Someone else please!

If you boosted your first ssn you'd easily hit 72

Not at all.

Created day 2, granted that is close to 0, but he got over 72 with 800 XP to spare. And there were a lot of games where he did not get max XP.
IMO if you created anytime after day 30 or so you were taking a huge risk. It's one thing to have uncertainty, it's another to fail to anticipate likely possibilities.

7 days of training is what you take objection to? Fucking hell. This is useless. As if day 20s didn't have the MORE training AND game XP to get them to level 72. Your argument is so fail its astounding. Players created after the season ended, but not on day 40-0, were fucked by the 440 cut off date. This was not of their own decision. It was due to a future deciding by Bort with regard to plateau boosts. I cannot believe this is even on question.

A 440 boosting cut off date was a foreseeable possibility. Lol? You guys are so beyond ridiculous it's amusing. Fact of the matter is, bort & co. could manage simple logic and made the change to the game. So, I guess, QQ, CMN, etc...
