First tourny for the Balrogs. When the bracket is released, who invites top or bottom team? And I'm assuming bottom team in bracket is home team?

Doesn't really matter, whichever team sends first will be the home team.

I get the feeling that people who can't even find the right thread to sign up may have a hard time sending scrimmage requests (or accepting them).
