Wow. I missed something here over the Christmas break. Anyone care to fill me in because I don't care to read 5 pages of this mess.

My backup QB is one of the Gold MVP nominees, so obviously I get the whole balanced offense thing, but who the hell was attacking rushing QBs anyway?

And who the hell still tries to run the QB rollouts anyway? I thought we decided that it was just going to lose you yards against the typical two safety blitz?

Be my guest and give it a try, but a balanced offense that incorporates the QB run is going to be more effective than one that doesn't. If there is really a team that uses their backup rushing QB only on rushing plays they deserve to be shot. I think that's one of the greatest mysteries of this entire thread tbh.

Wait, a few seasons ago the QB rush was the best weapon, when did it suddenly become crap?

It is not crap, it can just be stopped easily, although it weakens the defense to other areas.

If you feel that "well-timed" QB runs are unstoppable Beaver, then send a scrimmage to any of the top tier gold teams, run some "well-timed" qb runs of your own, and watch your yardage be kept below 2 ypc. Simple as that. Why are we bothering to try and prove you wrong when you have yet to prove your own point?

Since I only really know peewee, LE and Thunder are two of the most knowledgeable owners here. They give great advice if given the time to listen.

If my DCs can stop any play from being under two yards then I am a happy camper.

Your about as smart as a box of hammers. I ran my entire team for many seasons. Season 7, 8, 9, 10,11 in season 12 I let someone else do the offense. We failed miserably. I also brought on someone to do my defense late season. This season I am doing the offense and I still have my own DC. Again you've accomplished nothing. Probably never will. If you want to see real success, look at my team profile page. Over 200 wins, lost 30 something out of 266 some odd games. I'd say that successful. Thats including the terrible season last season and our worst season ever in season 7.

I'm the exact opposite of you. I only became successful once I stopped being my own OC and DC. I know how to do offense properly now, but defense I'm still working on.

Accomplishments in the RW and my pocket book are what matter most to me. Trading flex for .gifs brings little return.
Just a little fun. (FYI I would not say your the sharpest knife in the drawer by any means either)
This is just a little programming for the sim to run it's course, with no real wits, or hand eye coordination needed.

Hell with a record like you produce, you should take your resume to Texas Tech and gets paid for your work.O_o
