I think he is right. I don't think it is highest playing lowest. It is a bracket like the NCAA where the 1/8 winner plays the 4/5 winner and the 2/7 winner plays the 3/6 winner. After all, I think we are all fairly evenly matched anyway.

My bad then, I was under the impression it was highest # vs. lowest # since we are all even.
