Speedy LB's are the best run defense and the best pass defense. Slow LB's get ran around on running plays, and left behind from on passing plays.

Truth. Nobody blitzes to stop the run anymore, because LB's are retarded fast at reading plays and reacting. Blitzing just throws them into the blockers, when usually the blockers never reach the LB's before the HB is beyond the line and all the LB's have read and shifted to the point where the HB is going to run.
Run Blocking AI is super retarded, and LB's can read and go where the HB's going to be before the HB makes his cut and knows where he will run.
