Peewees should only be allowed that are created day 41 or later. this is another case of vets getting an advantage that noobs probably dont know about. this is probably the only real exploit in the peewees.

It's not just a problem of the xp gain, it's the difference of the additional days of training. If you figure that a player created day 31 this past season had about 18 days of Season 11 training, that's like what 5-8 additional skill points? vs a player created in Season 12 Preseason?

Honestly, I would love a system where players created day 31 or later and sign to a pee wee team for the following season would have their skill points and xp reset or normalized in some other way at season roll over.

I wouldn't want to see any change to day 31 until we have the passing fix put in place. We need those extra days of training to get even a midseason passing game going.

Other than that, I don't have a problem with it because it releases more flex that I currently have tied up.
