This was the general idea I was thinking as well. Well, I thought train kicking (normal) till 33, softcap (99% trained). All SPs in kicking till 86 while normal training strength. Normal strength strength until either capped by training or until kicking is at 86. Switch training to vision/confidence. etc etc
