I'm sure I'll enjoy whatever league I'm in (llamas) however I would hope that after their first season (8) going undefeated and this season going 15-1 (fluke loss) and still winning some solid outside scrimmages puts us in the pro.. I would surely enjoy that more

I'll use your comparison. Basically you are suggesting that I be able to go buy a car in full brand new from you and in a year I could turn it back in and get all of my money back. Now, I can't take the money and spend it elsewhere.. but I would be able to repeat this process on a new car every year until either you go out of business or I die.

The car comparison that I was trying to illustrated is this...... If you are selling a 2009 X vehicle at $15,000 and then drop the price to $10,000 you would be losing $5000 per sale. If the demand increases enough for X vehicle at the new price, you could make more money/profit.

The 400 flex points it costs per season doesn't get refunded. There will be more agents willing to build players. This will make it easier to recruit and make the leagues more competitive. I don't think it will ever happen, but I don't think eliminating boosting would cost as much in the long run.

I don't think eliminating boosting is ever a viable option as agents still build players with the intentions of keeping them.. not starting them over in the future. I s'pose it could be limited to booster immediately after the season, but *shrugs*

If you're building on day 31, technically you're losing out on a season of boosts since you have to keep your player<s> at level one for the next season.

Not anymore as it is based on days, not season for the aging process.

I'd have to agree with this statement. Boosting is part of the strategy in this game. No different then game planning, scouting, etc. and its been proven time and time again that non-boosting teams can and will beat boosting teams. Not that often but it does happen and that's what makes it great. my 2 cents worth.

You can win without boosting, my team did it last season

I guess boosting is one of those topics that we could continue posting on for years and years without any hope of a resolution...but it's irrelevant if Bort's mind is set.

so...back to the issue at hand...the restructure is still a great idea. I, and a lot of my teammates, hope to see it implemented next season.

I just read it. I am very excited, but you also said it isn't confirmed, so I am quietly just getting my hopes up.

Yes of course. Nothing is confirmed and it might not happen. Just want people to know that I am as keen as anyone for this to go ahead and will keep pushing it. This is GLPeeWee!

They are quitely excited. I would be happy as hell to see it happen. Even though we would be on the outside looking in. :-(
