A very impressive run nonetheless, Bonn. Great job single-handedly putting WEPL on the map, and in just half a season.

+1

I smell a Bonn/Krazy rematch after that one! Was this one for the Pro Traveling Trophy?

I had never heard of Windohek prior to this season. Did they just explode on the scene or have they been that good?

No and then yes ;P

They are actually the two time defending APL champs, but in the prior two seasons they have done little to no tourney or scirmm action.

For those in the know the USAPL team Green Bay Maulers was a consistent top 10 team that never played anythign but regular season games, much like WWR, but GBM lost in teh playoffs last season and subsequently folded. Looking even further back the Boston Nighthawks were a dominant team before them. Well, after the GBM and Boston folds a lot of the staff and players of those two regimes joined WWR and that's where we see WWR now, though this team is playing tourneys and such.

Note, WWR also has an absolutely FREAK CB return/special teams man. FREAK!!!!!!!!

I wasn't trying to be a jerk or anything. I just thought it was lol-ful that I made a specific post and still got the question, lol.

BTW, the Krazy loss has our guys in a bit of a mood so watch out tomorrow. (as if there are things you can do day to day that can improve performance)

Reading my reply I sense Cialis/Viagra retorts

Didn't take it that way at all...no worries.

And if all you Bonn guys show up in Greenwood tomorrow all hopped up on Cialis, you can have the game. Great strategy!

Tell the WWR owner to respond to my PM. I've heard nothing despite asking for a reply asap (and my PM has been read). I want to get the the PTT challenge set up soon and if WWR declines I want to move on to a new team.

seriously why honor what some other team had planned to do. You should go out and schedule who you want to.

It's just coincidence that we chose Windhoek, it's not because Santiago was going to play them.

Eligible leagues for the first defense are EEP, OPL. SAPL, SEAPL and APL

Of those only SEAPL and APL have never had a trophy game. The best team in APL at the moment is Windhoek and their resume is far and away better than any SEAPL team so it makes sense that they would be top contender.
